those boys are smelly cartoons - there is an entire line of merchandise/cartoons by the same company/brand. last year when my Bf broke up with me, a friend bought me a pack of gum with that same little boy on it, but it said 'boys are stupid - lets throw rocks at them!' and the gum was shaped like little rocks. they are really cute cartoons and needless to say that gum was just the smile I needed at the time.

I would love to find that stuff again as I know a friend who is going through a sort of hard time right now, too.....hrm.
Ill look at the vans website to see if there is artist info!

i don't know about isaac...but i know that marc jacobs has done some well known mouse flats...
and those aqua ones look like marc as well...
