Ballet flats

Has anyone seen any of the Lanvin flats in Bronze? I'm searching for them, preferably online. Dying to get a pair!

Does anyone have any ideas of where to find Lanvin flats online in the US? I'd like a pair in black, size 39.

Thanks!

I bought a pair of ballet flats today and I'm really disappointed. Don't get me wrong - they're really cute in a soft patent grey and a small bow. But they crush my toes terribly and the sides are too loose. I'm a half size so she fitted the size up with inners which helped the side problem but not the toes. Also because I have such long toes, you can see the start of my toes going into the shoes (which I personally think is ick). I made the mistake of trying them on with socks you see. I don't even think I can return them..I don't even know if I want to because they look so cute. But will they ever get more comfortable? :(

I'm not even sure if they suit me either...I think my legs can only look good with heels...it's for my business where I'm on my feet all day. I wonder if I made a bad choice..

^ I think -like most shoes- your flats will be more comfortable, but it can be that you are simply not a ballet flat type. Correction: it can be that your feet are not that type. ;) My feet are long and slim, my toes are really long especially the big toes, but i feel comfortable wearing flats, so i don't think your long toes cause you problems.
Anyway if you are not sure whether they suit you or not, post pic here and we try to help! :flower:

Does anyone know if the Lanvin ballet flats are less expensive/easier to find in Paris than in New York? My dad's making a business trip over there next week so I'm trying to pick my pressie. ;)

No idea about Paris, but in NYC they are everywhere. However I am disappointed with the quality - the soles are extremely stiff and hard.

I just met up with my friend today, she was wearing her new tori burch flats... they're so gorgeous

I'm wavering on these Free People crinkled ballet flats. Ideally, I'd love them in black but there's only teal in my size. Also, does anyone know the quality of Free People shoes?

Well, I buy most of my clothes from Free People and their quality is the same as URBN's. I find the quality fair to moderate.

I have the Tory Burch Reva ballet flats in green that I got at Bergdorf Goodman three months ago, but these Rory crochet ones for spring make me gag.

Anyone here know the quality of London Sole's flats? They have so many cute colors but I don't want to spend $165 on something that's sh*tty quality.

London Sole are, in my opinion, the best looking and most elegant ballet flats. They also have an excellent sole, very sturdy. The leather on the 'simple' style flats is high quality but also very delicate. Of course if you take care of them, you should have no problems. But obviously, you just have to be aware that it is a delicate material, so be careful about where and how much you wear them.
Now they have so many options you might want to check out some of the other styles if you're looking for a material which is more durable. But overall the quality and workmanship is worth paying for.

I don't know about London Sole...I'm generally displeased with a ballet flat with a pointy toe. It seems to go against all that is sacred when it comes to ballet flats. They look so...imitation to me.

I recently purchased the Sue London flat in Bronze and I'm awaiting delivery on Tuesday...I received my first pair of Repettos (all the way from Paris, mais oui!) and I absolutely love them.

If not for the supple lambskin and incredible craftsmanship, then at least for the absolutely BEAUTIFUL box they came in.

When I move to France in September, I'll make regular trips to the Repetto store to get my items in peson! Swoooooon...
