Banana Republic goes green!

the whole green thing is hot right now. Everyone is doing it, but some are doing it wrong.

One company I order from released this big news press item about how they were minimizing packaging, and the packing materials they use to send the products. They even said they were going to use popped popcorn to cushion instead of the styrofoam peanuts.

I ordered from them and received things with the peanuts, bubble wrap, excess plastic around each item...so on and so on.

the green collection is higher priced that usual banana stuff.

the organic cotton collection at H&M doesnt cost any more than normal H&M stuff...hmmn.

H&M cost a little more but it was only by a few dollars.
