Actress Becki Newton was looking very much the rising fashion insider that she plays on ABC's Ugly Betty at the Hot in Hollywood AIDS benefit this weekend. She paired her plum silk Jay Godfrey dress with nude sandals and turquoise earrings, exhibiting the kind of offbeat style that her fashion-assistant character loves. Though she later doffed this look to don a Barbra Streisand costume (co-star America Ferrera dressed as Neil Diamond, and the pair performed a duet for guests), we're still going to keep an eye on her.
