"It's the first sunny day in London on 16 February and I'm sitting sipping tea from a mug branded '****' in Ben's living room. Ben is sporting a newly-shaved head, with a couple of extra special touches courtesy of his friends from the night before. The idea for the story was simple; get some really great shots of Ben, comfortable in his own home. However, after pulling out some Iron Maiden leathers, McQueen, Comme Des Garcons and Doc Martins from his extensive wardrobe, the vibe was pretty clear — modern-day skinhead. Each shot has something in it that's meaningful to Ben; from his favourite Chelsea armchair bought for £20 at a vintage market, to the scarf of his favourite football team hanging proudly above his bed. Every little detail tells a story about him as a person, not just a pretty face, but a talented artist and charismatic collector of hats.
