Complete nightmare! I was at the show, It was so bizarre and not in the way where it could have been amazing that was like a far off galaxy. The fit of everything, it was playing on religions but not at all, more so tapered high waisted pleated pants!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not gonna even go int the dresses with built in umbrellas (something yohji or anyone else could (probably already have) do with ease)

Well,its certainly a bit off-putting,the mesh of the two influences. I do generally like eclesiastical but it was not executed very well here. And the umbrella's...what the hell is that supposed to mean?!

btw,those pleated skirts look a complete rip off of Bruno Pieters.

Fussy fashion-academy foolishness. Exactly what you don't want with an "avant-garde" collection: the wearable pieces are boring, and the showy pieces are plain silly. Looks woefully amateurish to me.

neat ideas but terrible execution. I don't know if he has the craft and technical skill to pull it off. It looks bad fashion student work. Like someone who tried really hard to be a crazy belgian but just doesn't have the skill to make it work.

Oh I didn't mean it as an insult! It was more to mock people like Benjamin Cho and other not so fantastic american designers who I can imagine saying things like "those crrrrrazy belgians are making some funny clothes! let me see if I can try my hand at that."

Yeah,I see now. Sorry for my defensivness.

I'm with droogist though,this is a poseur in the way of trying to be creative and it just ends up looking extremely amateurish.

I like the long necklaces as well as the black pants that go with the sheer top outfit. That's all, the rest is pretty much crap.
