Am I the only one who's extremely surprised at how different she looks in motion? In a bad way, unfortunately.
I think she looks somehow weird (?) and a lot older.
Thank God she's photogenic.

I'll chalk it up to her having a bad day/makup/lighing, etc. I've seen her in motion like on videos like these and she looks fine:

Couldn't disagree more -- and she is older!, she's not a teenager like a lot of these 14 year olds.

Being older ≠ looking old.
You can be older than the average age (14/16), but still look young and fresh.

And I have no problem with her ''more mature'' look. I actually love that! I just think she looked very unfresh in that particular video.

Yeah, I have seen her on the runway before (videos/in motion) and she always looks good! I just think she looks very different in that interview. It was the first time I saw her talking and heard her voice.
To me, she looked like a completely different person from the photos, and that got me by surprise.

But yeah, maybe it is indeed the harsh lighting + she was tired or something.

Still love her anyway. Especially after seeing how cute she sounds. I can tell she has a lovely personality just by that little interview.

Birgit is not just slim like the other girls, but fit-- REALLY fit. And she has strong features so in the video I think it was the somewhat dark and severe styling plus her sort of hard look that was unflattering altogether. I don't mean any of this as an insult though because it's her sexy, tough, womanly vibe that makes her a standout & she is obviously beautiful!

Born in the Netherlands, 22-year-old Birgit Kos burst onto the fashion scene with a multitude of runway appearances for respected fashion brands, including the opening slot at the Miu Miu runway show in Paris. Birgit is a favorite of photographers, including Peter Lindbergh and Mario Sorrenti, and has commanded the pages of top publications including the French, British, German, and Japanese editions of Vogue, W Magazine, i-D, and Love Magazine.

Outside of fashion, Birgit has a great love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking and snowboarding. Birgit currently resides in Zurich, Switzerland.
