"Once again, Ines Kaag and Desiree Heiss infiltrate public spaces – their spring-summer presentation re-created Berlin street scenes in the Carrousel du Louvre – by inviting themselves into a Paris 10th arrondissement restaurant, where their models acted as waitresses. On this conceptual backdrop, clothes conceived for a grass-roots community resisting a post-nuclear winter, with multiple uses and transformable shapes: the Bless strategy, inspired by alternative culture, is to move their research on clothing forward, until it exceeds the confines of fashion while playing the fashion game. Yeah,not their greatest collection. Although,very premature to make such a statement since it's only their third season doing a full collection of actual clothes.

Still,however,I love the presentation.

I think they should stick to accessories and...objects. Clothing is not their forte. The only think I like here is that enormous woolly chain-thing; the rest of it looks quite sad.

i saw some bless s/s in Colette last week - as the shop assistant himself said 'c'est un peu difficile'. Long sheet like garments with coloured panels. There is no way you could integrate this with a normal wardrobe really. There was however a lovely apron style dress in a striped shirt fabric which was very very nice. It had a shirt collar that sat on your upper back and a tie at the waist. The price was reasonable too - about £160. so its not earth shatteringly expensive.

I wouldn't exactly say that droogist. Still to early to pan them for making clothes. Because that A/W 04 collection and their Hotel wardrobe collection actually redeemed some brilliant design skills. I think the only reason they are so good at accessories is because about 95% of what they've done since they began has been as such.
