Just found these boots on the net. I think they would be cute for spring.

What do you think?

not for me either :yuk:

sorry, didnt wanna be mean.. just not my taste :flower:

I like them a lot but you have to have really skinny ankles and long legs for them to look good.

i don't get it, suzi...i've been looking back at your posts and you are alwways postiing fetish shoes as daywear...some of them are obviously found at sex shops...so are you suggesting that women should dress more like hookers and strippers?...i really don't get it...do you really wear this stuff to work?...what does the rest of the wardrobe look like?...

Softgrey,

I think you are misunderstanding my posts a little.

I don't think my pumps with the steel heels are fetish shoes at all. You see them quite a bit on the streets and in here clubs in LA.

I don't have (or wear) the all steel heels. I was just looking for opinions. The boots are my "dream heels". Certainly not for everyday wear. Just out clubbing.

The rest of my wardrobe is pretty conservative really. I just like the sophisticated look of a nice high heel.

Sorry if I gave you guys the wrong impression of me!

well that's a relief...
you were actually beginning to scare me suzi...what's with locking ankle straps and sleeping in 6"heels and stockings...i mean...what you do behind closed doors is your own business and i'm not really that interested...but i've never heard of such a thing...it's like the chinese wrapping of the feet...you are training your feet into an abnormal position...i guess that's the masochistic part of S&M...i think that in most parts of the world that would be considered a barbaric form of torture...i can't believe your mother would actually recommend this...it is unquestionably bad for your bones...if you're lucky enough to live to an old age...we may be calling you suzi wheelchair...

wow-you learn something new everyday...has anyone else ever heard of this...i'm still sort of astonished...and mostly confused...i can't understand why anyone woud voluntarily put themselves through that...

suzi i think its hot when a woman wears clothes that look a big hookerish.....but they look really good in them :flower:

im addicted to those 'sunset strip party' clips from celebrities uncensored.....there is absolutely nothing wrong with young fine ladies having a good time like that

  :yuk:

Cute is not the word that comes to my mind. To each her own. :flower:

I actually don't mind them :innocent:

The lace up's seem sort of edwardian to me which I think is cute.

Maybe without the cut-outs, and in a different colour, and with less pointed toes...

Thanks acid. I don't think I look hookerish though. I think I am just a bit more liberal with my fashions than softgrey. Sounds like she is a bit too quick to lecture others on what they should or should not wear to me.

Probably one of those "old lady librarian" types. Oh well.

Actually, those boots you posted are fairly "librarian".... ;)

listen-i'm seriously concerned...you are advising people to do this and it sounds dangerous...that doesn't make me anything but conscientious...and your little jabs don't affect me because i know who i am and it's not what you think...plus i like the sexy librarian thing anyway...

maybe i should have pulled up the old thread instead of posting on this one, but i was a bit freaked out by what i was reading...that doesn't change the facts... :ninja: i hope you're not doing yourself permanent damage :flower:

you too will be 'old' someday ...and then you'll understand my concern for your well-being and maybe then you'll apreciate it...

i now 35 yr olds with no feeling in their toes...and deformed feet...that's super sexy at the beach/pool

I don't like these boots either. I do like how they are open half way up if the boots were plain other than that, that it a nice feature IMO, but the laces and pointy toes make them too buzy and tacky. They look cheep and sleezy. Even if I was a stripper, which I am not, I wouldn't wear these. I would wear a nice clear heel to show off my gams.

... No.. can't say I like them much.. but to each his own.

The top part reminds me of a figure skate... the bottom part would be cute without the top part(maybe as a mule or slingback...)... looks like two shoes shoved into one.

Man, I want a pair of the boots like what PurpleLucrezia posted!

The ones Suzi posted are definitely not to my taste...they look dangerous and kind of awkward, but I would wear the hell out of a pair of those Edwardian-looking boots.

They make me think of Anne of Green Gables!
