It looks to me like it's a Vogue Italia from the 1990s... pls can someone confirm issue/date?

I'm sorry I do not have the issue/date of that bun-bun, but I agree that it definitely looks to be from Italia Vogue.

Meanwhile, Love the photo of her and the horse from the "Shorts" ed in ELLE 1997 by Gilles Bensimon.
