^ I have to agree.....Brooke was so beautiful as a child and teenager, but these days she looks kind of compared to her younger self.

It's the strangest thing....I thought that people were supposed to get better looking when they became adults, not the other way around. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be mean, I love Brooke Shields but I'd be lying if I said that I think she looks beautiful.

I remember seeing her in "The Blue Lagoon" and being so mesmerized by her beauty. Not to mention, Chris Atkins and the beautiful Fijian cinematography! That movie had a lot of eye candy to offer.

My oldest cousin went to college with her and said that all she remembers is that she had very nice long legs "to die for" but otherwise, she blended in and was average looking. I wanted to be Brooke so bad when I was a kid and saw "Blue Lagoon" on tv. I thought she was incredible looking...but I also had a mega crush on that guy she was stranded there with which is why I REALLY wanted to be her.
