Brooke Shields and Gina Gershon raised a glass when Sebeka Wines hosted dinner in the dark at Public restaurant in New York City. Guests like Chloe Sevigny and Katie Lee Joel were encouraged to don blindfolds with each course to in order heighten their sense of taste with each food and wine pairing.

Brooke Shields steps out in one of fall's coolest colors for Sebeka Wines Dinner in the Dark at Public restaurant in New York on Wednesday. "I spent a good period of time in South Africa and realized their vineyards were starting to mature," Shields told PEOPLE of South African wines. "Then I became much more of a fan!"
