I think she was simply amazing in last year's The Village and deserved an Oscar nom for sure. I can't wait to her replacing Nic Kidman in Manderlay. She is really fresh and talented, I've been following her for a year now and she's taking really good roles.
Manderlay (replacing Nic Kidman, therefore she must be awesome)
As you like it!(performing Sienna Miller's character on stage last summer)
The lady on the water(another M. Night shyamalan production)
Mary, Queen of Scots(first real rival to S.Coppola's Marie Antoinette)
She's really pretty (I love her hair!). I've seen some of her movies and she does have a lot of potential. Considering the projects she's been involved in she can prove to be very interesting in the future. Someone to keep an eye on! As for her style it's difficult to have much to say considering I haven't seen much of her out and about. The dress she wore in Canne is lovely (the colors along with her hair is nice) but the cut sort of makes her look pregnant.
I just saw Lady in the water and it looks pretty awesome, I think she is a really good actress and gorgeous too.
I want to see her wearing a green Gucci, YSL or Elie Saab cause red heads look STUNNING with them!!
She was excellent in the Village, though I have to say I didn't like the movie much when it got around to the ending... but I can't wait to see more from her She's a lot younger then Nicole Kidman though, isn't Manderlay supposed to be a sequel not a prequel? Dogville was strange but good, i'll have to check out Manderlay too!
Yes, well Dogville,Manderlay and Washington are a trilogy "America" but they just have different names but same characters and same continuation of plot. Bryce is Grace, Nic's character, and this movie is about black slavery in the USA.
Agree, Dogville was strange but wicked good. Plot was really good and the ending was....I am not going to spoil but I highly recommend it.
I just saw the trailer, I mean, the movie is like in post production still. She doesn't appear on it though but you can guess she's on the water making a splash and Paul Giamatti is there too,he's like cleaning the pool and writting at the same time. Trailer is short though and I wanted to see Bryce!!
Her Father Oscar winning actor/director Ron Howard said it was 'extremely weird' seeing his daughter totally nude in Mandarly but that he was 'proud of her as a 'true' artist' after she helded a screening specifically for him.
She was a production asistant on Apollo 13 with Colin Hanks and said that she had a massive crush on him for years but could never work up the courage to ask him out.
