Not sure if this counts as a collection, but staging a runway show for jewelry seems so goofy and random to me.

Only Eva did the job for me. She looked like someone who wears Bulgari on daily basis. Not trying too hard and just enjoying the moment. I would love to see her star in a campaign. Other models felt like kids wearing their mothers' jewelry.

Carine did a great job for the styling anf the casting. I guess the same girls will walk for her Amfar show.
I’m not sure about the fabrics of the pieces though. Nude is a good thing to showcase jewelry but when the brand is part of LVMH, why not take advantage of all the ressources….

Usually, I find this ridiculous. Messika had a show for the Haute Joaillerie and it was silly.

‘But here, it works because it’s part of a whole event and they are taking advantage of the Glamour of Venice and the proximity to the Cannes Film Festival.
There was of course a fancy dinner after, clients bought the pieces and stylists probably had access to some pieces for the Redcarpet plus Bulgari had a lot of press coverage.

I think in terms of marketing and story telling with the brand, it’s more efficient than showing during Couture season like the others.

I like how sophisticated and effortless it looks and bringing in Eva to close wa s anice touch. To think that she's probably old enough to be a mother to those other models shows just how ageless she is.

Im amazed that Bulgari has this many precious pieces on-hand for a runway. This is literally 100 million in jewelry. That giant emerald alone could buy a villa in monaco.

I think having the models wear gown standards is smart because it allows the customer to visualize what they would wear with it. Having it be too directional with YSL or Bottega could alienate customers.

I like bulgari more than cartier but the best remains Buccellati. Some of Bulgaris stuff is too cheap looking particularly when they get deep into a theme.

Usually they do this kind of presentation all the times in Asia. It's always about extravagance. I don't mind this though.

They majority of everyone looked stunning, even if the modeling was off on some. The pieces are gorgeous !!
