Burberry 'My Burberry' Fragrance 2019 : Lily James by Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin

Too much beige.

In a way this harkens back to early 90’s I&V when they would superimpose their models into artificial and fake looking backgrounds. Can’t say I like this though.

As a good friend of mine said so astutely, it looks like ES magazine from London. I guess at least they are targeting a local market. But aside from that, what consistency does this have with the Mark Borthwick campaign, and the Nick Knight Gigi Hadid stuff? It's like every image for every campaign is from a different house... They really need to tighten their aesthetic over there because this just comes across as a confusing mess.
It would be passable if anything was actually good but I'm just drowning in a sea of beige.

Stick to acting and leave the modeling to the pros please and thank you!

Thank you! I don't mind the beige so much because they've always done it for their past campaigns, but the juxtaposition is what bothers me most. She looks like she's posing in a lush living room, but it seems like it was actually shot outdoors in a street? What's the story here, I&V?

This brand is lost!
