Actresses we normally see in fashion doesn't really display a wide range of emotions.....

So basically she can fail at modeling, but as long as she brings her Instagram followers onto the CK website, that's all that matters? This just goes to show the sad state of fashion.

Even if she does have 'relatable beauty,' does she have to look like a dead fish in all of her shots?!

The answer is an overwhelming YES. A lot of her fans know it, just wording it differently. It's actually worse outside of fashion forums. If they actually believed that ultimately only the bottom line of $$$ + online traffic mattered we wouldn't continually read people defending her skills as a model, how she's improving or no different than this or that model.

The conundrum is wanting Kendall to be viewed as a good model while arguing that modelling requires no skill and is not to be taken seriously.

Calvin Klein's no stranger to headlines for all the 'wrong' reasons, but at least Brooke Shields was beautiful, and Kate Moss was a phenomenon.

Plus, is she really the worst model to come along? There have been worse models in way worse periods of fashion history that I believe people are forgetting, or never even knew about.

she really is one of the worst, It wasn't untill recently that I saw Kendall's interview and noticed that she is actually pretty. It does not translate in print, she can not take a single good picture (the one I can think of), which is sad, considering what kind of jobs she is booking. With regards to the campaign, it is not too bad, not the worst that I have seen. As long as she is not fronting the main line campaign, I am fine. The pictures are very flat and emotionless, but CK ads have gotten worse over the years anyway.

but seriously, this is absolutely hideous. this line or whatever it is is pure garbage, awful branded rags. i'm not commenting on kendall anymore. i'm wondering how calvin klein jeans is doing commercially. it used to be iconic and cool cool. now it's forced and desperately demanding attention, or is it just me?

when I think of cool and fashionable denim i think of Rag & Bone, Alexander Wang, Acne, J Brand, 7, Frame, Blk Denim, and AG. Last time I thought of CK Jeans being cool was probably 2009 and those sexy ads with Natasha, Edita, and Anna

I don't care if the point is to sell. I understand that but at least put some effort into the image. These ads wouldn't make it past a round of ANTM.


I'm sorry but Kendall just isn't a model to me. I just see a pretty young actress.
