Can You Tell The Quality Of Material Over The Net

I have bought a few things over the net and so far so good. I have seen some leather trousers that are a great price. The thing is, I only want them if the leather is soft and I think that it seems to be. Can you really tell from the picture though???

Here is the link - I would be grateful for your views on this. I know you can probably send them back if you don't like them - but I could do without the hassle.

It's quite impossible to tell from a picture, but it SEEMS soft.

What is the website's return policy? You could always just buy them and return them if they aren't what you expected.

the folding and the semi-rigidness of how the pant leg is sticking up kinda tells me that it's soft..but not lambskin.. which is good IMO for pants...

They APPEAR to be good quality, but then again.. you can hardly ever tell with leather as it's always best to feel it and check the underside for quality.
