Is that the same dress Queen B wore to the Grammys 2014?
 
Her hairstyle on the pink carpet is very, very unflattering. Her face is already so round, and that hairstyle really emphasizes that.

They must have done 2 takes of the show. Her hair is different in these ones.

They did 2 takes but I don't think they changed her hair, she just moved it to the side.

It's not the same dress Beyonce wore to the 2014 Grammys but similar, could be by the same designer.
 
I believe the first take is for people who work in VS, the press, bloggers and so on. I think that's when they have the cameras on stage with the girls and then the second taping is for the celebs and special guests, maybe family members of the Angels? They do it to get extra footage when editing the show and getting it ready for TV. Like if there is a mishap during one of the girls' walk, they can use the footage from the other taping.
