I´ve seen some of this, as well as the womenswear at Eclaireur in Paris and was somehow left unimpressed when I saw it in person. They have had several more or less basic cotton blazers with half lining and Poell´s signature seaming/topstitching details that I remember were bloody expensive, also a pair of flat lace-up shoes for women that were obviously washed and could be folded so that they´d fit into a bag or luggage. They also had an insanely expensive zip-up leather jacket (aprox 3000€) where the leather was treated so that it was light as air and shiny, so that it looked and touched as if it was a nylon windbreaker. The technique of the leatherworking was indeed remarkable as it didn´t feel like leather anymore, more like a thin, paper-ish tissue, yet I was left back with the feeling that it just looked as if it was quite a basic jacket by design.

if anyone lives in the new york area we now have spring/summer ccp boots at atelier. we also have one style of button down shirt with the metal wire sewn in but we only have three of them.
