With the caveats that I am terrible at ID'ing this sort of thing, I was curious. So, here are some links to 2015 Caroline and 2022 Caroline. People's faces/bodies change over time, but it is possible that there is/was some combo of surgery x Photoshop x AI

As for the shoot itself above, I love the third LRD, with the bodice / corset look. She looks like she's ready to dance! I do not like the toy soldier shots as much, but that's my own thing against plain background ecom shots. Your mileage may/will vary!
