OK, doing some math, you're right she had her boob job in January 2003. This is what I got based in the ad information, the ad was made in 2002 since: "top special effects experts in France spent several months composing each frame of the 30-second spot, which will observe Murphy is in a magical world of water, flowers and fairies. Madonna's song was added later in August 2003 and the ad debuted on December. Now, she could have more than one operation since isn't easy to fill her original size. This is a vid cap from the version I have of the ad (I downloaded it from the EL site) - now this is the ad from 2006 Azureé, I downloaded it from a pdf file and retouched it.

hey girls!
on ebay someone is selling a cover that is a rarity, is an "sky magazine" from the beginning of 1995, so Carolyn has almost her natural hair color (I said almost because Carolyn dyes her hair all the time, so when she was teenager did it too), but she looks so young!... if someone can obtain this mag, it would be awesome! and inside there's an article too...
