The printed pieces in the first half of the show are truly hideous.

His recent 2 collections have been a big miss for me personally, the quirkiness in the collection are no longer there, some of the appliqués and shapes are just weird and cheap looking.

In fact, this entire collection is 90s.

It's overall a nice collection, quite a step-back from his previous ones. Some prints are verging in the tacky territory, but commercially wise it'll do wonders as always. I can already see Alexa Chung or Keira Knightley rocking a lot of these dresses.

the only nice pieces are the first coat and a few of the plainer mini dresses

the gingham is horrible and the shoes, and the floral prints don't really work either kind of disappointment last season 100% better

This is very disappointing for Carven. I think their recent collections aren't really getting better... And I look at the models faces and think what they have done with the make-up cause these women all look tired and really sick.

i'm so confused at to what is happening here. Have they changed designers for the brand?
I really wish people would stop trying to reinvent camo prints.
just let them die already! 99.9% of the time it never looks good
