surprisingly veyr nice. But I have to say it seems she has been takeing a few looks at Magda Berliner and Tess Giberson, the presentation is even very similar to magda's last show.

Ah...great you pointing that out and I do agree. The quilting, especially,is very much in the same vein as Tess Giberson. However, since it will most likely be one of very few standouts...it's quite lovely.
from a designer to another designer, this is absolutely beeeeaaaaauuuuuttttiiiiiiiifffffffuuuuulllllllllll this is probably the best collection i've seen this week (maybe better than even mine) and maybe the best malandrino collection ever the only thing i think that takes away from it are those oversize bags that are shown with the clothes . this is positively unexpected from her and maybe she should have shown a bag installation seperately but that aside i truly love this....
Those are postively lovely,mb117! The more I look at it the more I appreciate it even more than the first time. Love that particular dress as well.
Just one complaint: Not too keen on these handbags...they're a bit cheesy to me. The shapes of them are very granny-ish and old looking...and somehow juxtoposed with the clothes,it kind of mirrors that sentiment. I think Catherine should have left them out of it because the clothes look quite contemporary if you're focused just on the clothes. At least these are my feelings. But I do admire quite alot, nontheless
Does anyone feel that this harkens McQueen's shows pre-Gucci and current Givenchy? I feel that if it had no labeling Id think it were McQueen S/S 06...
I think it's absolutely lovely....but seems quite offbase for her. I didn't realize that she really showed during fashion week and this doesn't seem very in tune with her 'typical' sort of Neimans customer so I'm pleasantly surprised.
