I got it from a local jewellery magazine.

ah wait! if you search for ti sento, which is the brand of the jewellery from the picture, you get alot more pictures of cato in the intro!

Well if you go to the link from her twitter she answers to her sister what she was doing in Rome. Cato's answer was: gewerkt voor tru trussardi campaign!' in English: worked for the tru trussardi campaign.
