Scarily enough there are a few people online exploiting personal information they find about models.
For instance I was contacted by a "model" who later turned out to be a stalker... this guy has registered a domain in the model's name and maintains it as her 'official' portfolio website.
I was later informed by one of her agencies that the guy had gone so far as fooling agencies and booking the model for fake jobs. Earlier in the year he pretended to be a production company and had her Milan agency fly her in. When she got to the hotel he called her room and said he was waiting for her downstairs. Then at another time he showed up at her agency in New York and her booker had to kick him out.
The girl I'm talking about is 18+ so may be able to look after herself a bit more than someone of 15 or 16, but it is still really scary. I guess Cato's family's concern is sort of reasonable, given her age.

I seriously need to stop believing in the kindness of humanity. That's just shocking! I thought those things only happened in books or movies .. Wake up call! I'm going to lock the doors now.
I definitely understand it, I was so convinced she was around 18, not 15.
