Cato van Ee

but I don't really see a reason why? I also expected her to do a lot more shows

Maybe they are just over her. Her natural look it's not that special and the lighter hair doesn't help spice it up for me.

But two amazing covers. gorg. in print.

Although I'm the one who scanned it, and although I like the Dutch Elle cover, I have one comment: She doesn't look like herself, there. Her skin color looks very warm and tanned, even olive (naturally, it's not) and her eyes look green (naturally, they are blue). I think it's a little bit strange.

For the Dutch people: On this cover, I think she looks extremely like the Dutch media personality Sylvie Meis (note: about 2002/2003, that woman has changed a lot since that period).

I never realised she was the Country Road model - how lovely! She suits the easy relaxed chic of those images so well

I really have to disagree with you.. she doesn't look like Sylvie Meis. Sylvie is all glamour and doesn't need make up to look outstanding.

They just photoshopped the colors for a warmer result, also her eyes aren't that blue, they have a little green color if you watch other photos and they are very light blue.
I do think you can easy see it's Cato.

Actually I do see something of Sylvie Meis, but only in that particular cover.

The Elle cover looks great. Thanks for scanning.

Not my favorite spread of Cato, but I guess it shows her diversity! She can go from being stunningly beautiful to....whatever this is. I think it's more the styling and not her that sorta bothers me.

Apparently she won de prix de la mode award (from Dutch Marie Claire) for best model 2009. Don't get me wrong. I really like her, but there are models in Holland who deserves that price much more like Kim Noorda, Lara Stone, Nimue Smit.

Kim Noorda and Lara already won in 2007 and 2008 respectively
