We have seen some really horrible casting as far as celebrities are concerned of late like Madonna/GAP AND VERSACE and other boring ads in circulation. What celebs do you think could knock down certain brands as well as or even better than models?

Heres my list

Angelina Jolie should stop doing that boring st.john ad and leave it for Sharon Stone or a more edgy model. I would prefer to see her doing a sexy Versace or Valentino ad with the pouty red lips

Kerry Washington would be perfect for a minimalist Louis Vuitton ad

what celebrities do you think deserve to be in ads?

Kerry

Catherine Zeta-Jones should leave Elizabeth Arden, I never saw her as right for that brand. With her old school European movie star looks she could have fit right in at Lancome.

And Kirsten Dunst should really do a Marc Jacobs campaign. Same for Zooey Deschanel.

I agree with all ur choices, CZ Jones looks awkward for eliabeth arden those ads of her in the water need a more edgy person not a classic beauty. I think Kristen Davis wud do a good Ralph Lauren, id also love to see Brooke Shields in a CK ad together with her clones Natalia, the French model in the Ralph Lauren poloads and Jessicca Miller

Id also love to see a conservative celebrity like Gwyneth Paltrow all sexed up for a guess or gucci ala Tom Ford ad

Very much agree that Angelina Jolie just isn't the right face for St. John.

I think that Maggie Cheung could sell just about anything (at least to me) but she would be best in ads for luxury goods, especially jewelry or perfume.
