I think they both look the same. If anything Katy wins only slightly because the dress is fitted better. And because Emily's clutch looks like an eyeglasses case.

Anne. I love the shorter version. And I love that dress with shoes, so Anne definitely styled it up better. Natasha's boots don't do justice to that dress, and that bag is too big. Not to mention the color doesn't go well with the dress.
