Celine Boogie Bag

Does anyone know where I can get a Celine bag on sale right now? I know they do come on sale so I would hate to pay retail. I have been looking on ebay but have not come across any that looked real. I was looking for the black icon biker boogie. Thanks!

As long as you're willing to wait, eluxury will have a sale (as will NM, Saks, and BG). There's also a site jemznjewels.com that occassionally will have a Celine biker boogie for sale.

I guess I will have to wait....:( I do not really want to. Especially after the race reviews everyone has given Celine bags. I am going to keep an eye out on ebay also.

I never thought about owning a Celine Boogie bag because I am more of a shoulder bag kind of gal, until all of you posted your pics. It is a really lovely bag. How practical do you all find it?
hi Greendrv, if you're more a shoulder-bag gal, then you might not like the Boogie which has to be hand-held all the time , but I do find the Boogie to be really practical. The shape of the bag, pockets & compartments make it very easy to organise stuff and I was pretty amazed at how much I could fit into the bag - a foldable umbrella, a novel, make-up pouch, wallet, cellphone, keys & small stuff like napkins, blotters, etc.

I would love to get a leather Boogie too! I really like this one (source: eBay)when I saw it in the Celine Boutique a few months back..really cool & chic! B) but i thought i'd try to get it when it's on sale.

At the Celine Boutiques in where I live, the classic calf leather Boogie NEVER go on sale, only the seasonal boogies like biker, studs, brigitte, etc. are offered during sale

i agree with gigi on all points, greendrv.. but i would also like to add that b/c the leather is so soft, even if you hang it from your elbow all day the straps don't dig in and leave those red marks on your arm

HELP,CELINE BOOGIE BAG-all its variations

I am interested in the earliest (simplest) model of this bag. I have seen it in burnt orange in the shop in Antwerp, but never again (and I did not have any money then:( ). I have requested some catalogues but Céline only sent me their current ones.

Is there a site where I can see all the colours and different leathers for the boogie bag? Those of you who have visited their Paris shop, do they keep a good stock in there? Like they do at large LV stores? I have now saved up for this bag but would like to make an informed choice. Thank you all !

I love Boogie Bags. For those of you who plan a trip to Paris and would like to do a bargain : there is a Celine Outlet shop at La vallée Village, this outlet village is in Marne la Vallée near Paris. it is very close to disneyland Paris

am interested to know which Celine bag is this? I like to get my hand on it. I like the mini size of it. It look like Boogie to me.

I saw the Celine bag on a girl, and I found it so chic. The shape really stands out.. and now I'm thinking about one, but I am not sure.

How practical is it for the members that have one?

Wow, this is a pretty slow thread...

pucci, I have 2 Boogies, and I love them to bits. They are so easy to use, and my more casual one is really one of my most practical and useful bags. (It might depend where you live, though - they only have the small center zipped compartment and are otherwise open on both sides - so it may not be the best bag for the subway, say.) My concern before I got one was whether I'd be able to keep the perfect leather perfect... so I chose one with a textured finish and it still looks just like new. I dunno - when I first saw these bags I just did not get what the big deal was, but now I'm a total convert.
