I don't really get pimples at all but i get these little heatbumps on my forehead from being in the sun when i play sports.They drive me nuts!You can't really see them except between my eyes.Besides that my skin is perfect.So i was wondering if Cataphil would work on that.I don't have oily skin or anything just on my forehead i have these little bumps and they won't go away!Will this help at all?

Sometimes when I run in the summertime that happens to me too. Before I start running, I dab a tiny bit salysilic acid or bp gel over the area. Plus, I drink lots of water to keep me cool. Hope that helps

Okay, I started using cetaphil gentle cleanser (blue label) soon after I started this thread which was late August and it is so wonderful! I love it! I'm never changing! Thanks for everyone's input.

I use it with water, just wash it off like any other soap.

My mom has been a Cetaphil user for as long as I remember... and her skin is perfect and always glowing. I guess mom's always right!

I used to use cotton pads to wipe it off, but now I use water...

All my friends use the product now, I've spread the word

This is definetly THE BEST cleanser i have ever tried. My face has cleared up all most completly . I was so happy when i found out that they seel in spain. Well absolutly recommend it. Its everything people say. I used to use clinique and every time i got a facil the lady would tell to watch out because a product i used was making my nose peel ( i use moisturicer twice a day so it wasn't that) it no longer peels!!!

I AM SOOOO HAPPY!!!!

your welcome, you were great help,their spanish website does not work, but at least i found out the product is should here. If anyone from spain is interested you can buy at pharmacies (no need of a medical prescription).

however i am not a fan of the moisturiser

i find that the cleanser leaves a film on my face, and i always feel the urge to wash my face with another cleanser afterwards

How do you guys feel about the moisturizer??? I havn't tried the cleanser, but I use the moisturizer twice a day...and i find it a little too oily and makes my face shiny, wht would you guys recommend to do??

Hi Micaela. If you go to Cetaphil's site: http://www.cetaphil.ca/contact.cfm there's a form you can fill out and they'll send you a free sample of their cleanser. The free sample is for Canadians only. I think the moisturizer is too thin and runny.

cetaphil cleanser is just ok for me,very gentle and non drying on my skin

i wear tons of blush everyday.. and mascara.. i have sensitive skin which gets the occasional pimple and usually has whiteheads or blackheads.. d oyou think cetaphil will help with this, and will it remove my makeup? i've been using neutrogena's oil free acne wash for the past year but have recently taken into consideration that the afterward drying effect may actually be damaging my skin in the long run! anyway, i'd really appreciate any advice/help you can give me!!!!
