Chanel is in the S/S 08 Ralph Lauren Campaign, with Magdelena, Tanya and Valentina. Don't get too excited though, they just used runway photos and photoshopped in a cheap background, and they didn't use the most flattering runway shot of Chanel either.

Oh well, it's still exposure !

Thank you. Chanel was so engaging and forward, i loved her. There was nothing WRONG with her in this video, I do not see where people found her obnoxious. She is YOUTHFUL, LIVELY, she loves life. PLEASE!

i could be totally wrong, it could be the editing, but to me it seemed like she talked OVER the other girls. like when they asked what they were wearing and one of the girls started to answer, and then chanel sort of jumped in before she finished. that type of thing made me feel uneasy about her. and that fact that she dropped ali so she could fix her hair..

also, i do not think anyone likes or dislikes her based on her race or skin color. i don't think that's the case at all. you like or dislike a model based on the entire package, not how tan or pale they are.

I am going to go out on a limb and say I like the Ralph Lauren campaign. I think the pose is fierce, love the angle and the hand on hips, work Chanel.

I like that Chanel takes up space - more girls should....Could be part of the cause of why women get lower salaries on average - they wait their turn and think of others. That said, I like the way Chanel does it because I like her personality and she just seemed enthusiastic to me - not consumed with just trying to suppress the others.

i don't see anything wrong with Chanel being outgoing, and talkative. i did not get the impression that she was talking over Ali and Karlie. i was actually surprised at how quiet Ali and Karlie seemed.

but Chanel shouldn't have dropped Ali to fix her hair. i guess it just means she has the perfect job to suit her personality. and i still love her

its sad that Chanel's fans have to constantly come in this thread to defend Chanel. Why can't people who dislike her, just leave her alone.

and i love the Ralph Lauren ad. it must mean that Ralph likes her enough to be willing to use her picture for the campaign.

^The only thing I can compare is that they both behave like young girls should. Chanel hasn't done anything in her short time working in the fashion industry that makes me think she's being a bad role models to other young girls. I think people are being hypocritical. No one has actually met this girl, and if they did you can't always judge someone by their first impression. People have good and bad days, I know I have. The girl is only human and I think this ~alleged~ behavior should just go away already. Unless of course she's throwing cell phones like Naomi. I think she's gorgeous but that has to stop! I couldn't be her assistant lol.

I totally agree! If you don't like her, don't post anyhting on her thread. I do that, if I don't like a model, I don't post 5,000 times how "I don't like her, blah, blah, blah". Stick with your favorite model and Chanel lovers will stick with her.
