Apparently people think she stole them. I highly doubt it, since at allot of shows models get to keep the shoes and such. But who knows. I think Chanel should come in here and clear things up herself.

Logic dictates that you really can't prance around in stolen goods at a public event when people know about a missing pair of shoes ....
I think she was given the pair of shoes since the blind item did not mention that their was an issue with the shoes and no one actually reported them missing. Besides, her folks are always with her when she travels so I doubt they'd let her take something that doesn't belong to her. Clearly, some folks did not like the fact that she got them months before they'll even be available for retail

maybe she just forgot to take the shoes off backstage. By the time she got back to her room and realised her mistake she felt terribly guilty, but at that point there was nothing to do because the show had packed up. So she just wore them to an event to give the shoes some publicity.

I don't think she has been accused for sure. I just think there was a terrible missunderstanding. If I stole something and knew there where people who knew about it, I would def not wear them at a public event. How dumb is that. We will know if its her, if she does not show up at the YSL S/S 09 show. I just think this type of alligation is horrible for her career, since she will not be hired by Pilati again, and other designers will probably think the same way. Chanel needs to POST SOMETHING!!!

Chanel looks gorgeous at MJ...such a shame she did not do the NY show or the LV show in Paris. I still <3 Chanel whatever happens. Look at Stam fans....lord knows she is notorious and her people love her unconditionally ...I <3 CHANEL IMAN ...Although I bet almost everyone on TFS already knows this
