Saw her in starbucks today with an 'upper class ghetto boy'- by that i mean someone who sports the 'suave, clean cut ghetto' attire, and probably has his heart set on some bling. She's so skinny and small-framed it hurts, and the fact that she was wearing leggings and boots with heals didnt help matters, either.

Oh, lol, I decided to peruse her thread, and on the first page I click on, there's a photo of her wearing the exact same pants and boots as I saw her wearing today- only seeing her in them in real life is quite the different experience! haha

Seriously....i'm quite surprised. Both Dior and ODL used 4 black girls in their cruise shows. Will this translate into ready-to-wear?.
New York has always been quite good to black models but I haven't seen more than 2 of 'em on a runway in NY for a long time (excluding DVF)....let's see how things turn out in Europe.

Im so excited for this upcoming season, Im positive Arlenis, Chanel and Jourdan are going to be THE girls to book this upcoming season. They will be like the trinity, but all colored. . Im not sure about Europe though, Milan will probably still be all white as usual. Paris has a higher chance of seeing an increase in diversity. To me Paris has always been good to girls of color, JPG, Vivienne Westwood, John Galliano, Stella McCartney, Jeremy Scott....etc. Im estatic about next season!
