i know she tried to change it up and make it more casual by adding the leggings but i'm just not feeling this look at all...its an interesting outfit though and i commend her for stepping outside the box

If she was going to have a bussy shoe...she should have gotten rid of leggings and belt. Or if she really needed the leggings than she should of gotten really simple shoes. Dead @ her trying to get Karls attention by sporting couture.

She's already tiny no need to "accentuate" her waist.
The dress is different either you love it or hate it, but i would have told her forget the belt.
