i think chanel and alessandra look the best in this picture actually. doutzen looks a bit lost, adriana looks a bit demonic and miranda just looks like she's faking it LOL.

I don't like the grouping of the picture with the VS angels. Chanel kind of looks a bit out of place. She reminds me of a younder sister trying to be older and hang with the older crowed.

Chanel actually looks good in that picture! Her smile looks very nice here, as usually it looks a bit forced and annoying. I'm just glad they cut out her legs, or else she would have looked completely out of place.

I think her smile is way better than her shots where she smiled. It's a more mature smile I think She looks really good though. I'm excited to hopefully see more shots. And hopefully it's individual too. I'm happy she got an ed in the September issue though

She looks adorable in US Vogue. There's an article that goes with that shot, i don't think it's a full ed.

I'm telling you if nothing else solidified it, her being in that shot definitely did plant her as the new Angel. I definitely think this year is here year for that. I also heard something about promotion for the new fragrance in LA in the middle of fashion week, so now I too am not so sure of how present she'll be

I agree with you S/S is her best season and I'm hoping for some serious runway presence. I need my daily dose of chanel iman's fierce runway. I really hope she does not miss NYFW or milan and paris

I doubt Chanel will become an 'angel'. Heck, I don't even think it exists anymore. Candice and Rosie do so much more work than any of the 'angels' and they aren't even official angels.

I think Chanel will just continue to work for VS as a contract model, and when that time is up, she'll move on. Her presence in the US Vogue picture doesn't confirm anything. They probably threw her in to add diversity as all the other angels are white.

Am I the only one who isn't mortified by Chanel in VS?

I understand that her body is not as voluptous and curvy as some of the traditional Victoria's Secret girls but I feel like some people make such a big deal out of it.

I agree with your belief that people make a big deal out of Chanel's unconventional VS figure. I'm sorry, but this is VS we are talking about, not Hustler or Playboy. I think Chanel's look plays to VS' major demographic as well as a younger one. I saw her in a recent VS catalog modeling some new bra and it didn't faze me one bit. I simply grinned and kept it moving. She looks great in VS lingerie, underwear, and sleepwear, IMO. Perky and fresh. I don't see a problem.

I really preferred Chanel's look here in comparison to the other girls. She effortlessly works a look without trying. This is a true example of WEARING the clothes and not letting the clothes wear you.

So Chanel has an ed in Allure September...probably by Demarchlier .

I also saw her on the cover of a French (might have been German) magazine today called 'Anabelle'...it was a backstage shot of her and Frida at Dior F/W mounted on a white background. Just thought you'd like to know .

Okay, I'm semi-dying to see the new Allure ed now considering how all these comments about her in it is good.

I think anything 'high fashion' related news is good news. VS news is expected. I'm sure she'll probably have like some new shots next week lol But really, I can't wait to see them
