ITA... can't believe the hate towards Chanel in the VSFS thread... so unnecessary. Why would she have to ask herself why she's at the show? She has been a face for the brand for quite a while now.

I was at the mall on Sunday and posters of Chanel lined the window of its Victoria Secret store...

Anyways, can't wait to see her in action tommorrow and later this month... hopefully she will open a segment...

It's hard not to say something about it on the thread, but I really think that she's perfect for the brand. Her personality suits it and she is gorgeous! plus, she wants it really badly, and because she has the talent to go with it I think that counts. She's passionate about it. Sure she isn't the world's best spoken girl, but who says she has to be? She's young, it'll come. I just remember how much she killed her outfits last year, neither of which I particularly liked. Her wings look amazing, I'm so pumped!

mhmm, i very much agree with you, breebree. she is quite good-looking, and much more talented than many models in this day and age. however, i do think it is the fact that she wants it so badly that may be working against her.

now, i don't want to start another couple of pages long argument on this thread, as it already has more than enough of those, but sometimes this desire or hers to be successful does sometimes come across as a sort of arrogance, almost making her seem obnoxious.
although i do wish her the best, i just thought i'd try to clear that up
and i'm not saying she IS arrogant, just saying that at times, i do get that vibe, which is understandable, especially considering her age.

breebree that thread is all about team brazil/the brazilian girls and scattered faves otherwise they couldn't even be bothered with anyone else. no one is a fit, every slot could've gone to some brazilian girl, so its no use even going over there saying anything.

supermodel, this is like one of the few times i'm actually agreeing with you. she does come off as a bit obnoxious and self absorbed and in some points it has hurt her but her going as hard as she has has gotten her where she is today. for every person that dislikes her, there's someone booking her and keeping her name relevant and vs clearly adores her to push her for a lot of their promotions so that's all that really matters

lol yeah, sometimes i tend to be TOO stubborn with my opinions, so i can really start some disagreements once in a while
but yea, she's definitely got the potential for very broad appeal, largely thanks to her bi-racial appeal, but she'll have to work a bit on toning down her 'confident' attitude

A couple people on Twitter posted some pictures of Chanel in the "Game On" section and her legs look real good AHHH so happy for her I cannot wait to see her walk. They've been saying "80% legs, 100% gorgeous" and that she's "got the whole place glowing"!
