I don't think Chanel was intended to be in the forefront...anyway, she got paid, so does it really matter that much?

Contracts girls (whether with VS or with a cosmetic brand) tend to not do that much runway/high fashion work. They've already achieved what they were working towards by walking shows non stop for 4/5 seasons and doing shoots where they don't get paid anything. The rates are probably not that attractive to Chanel now, i'm not surprised she's not doing resort shows. Hopefully she'll do Dior HC this season.

Definitely excited to see the new Vogue editorials. Do you know if the March editorial is going to be a group one or just her? I hope that the Testino ed doesn't just feature her as a background girl. Hopefully she gets a good shot.

The Testino editorial is enormous, tons of girls. Hopefully Chanel is featured prominently! The Norman Jean Roy editorial features Chanel, Jourdan, Arlenis, Anais and Ajak (for March.)

I thought the March story was just with Anais, Joan and Jourdan though? That's what Anais' agents tweet seemed to suggest? I had hoped it was an Enninful/Meisel deal but I guess I'll just have to keep on waiting.
