Lol, I think the person meant to separate the question from the rest of the comment. The comment was basically that he/she saw her at the H&M he/she works in Culver City, CA. Maybe the person was excited but the person's co-workers were unfazed because they "knew" her. Yet they couldn't say hi or even approach her so they don't obviously know her as much as they would have the poster believe.
