She just had an ed in Teen Vogue and one editorial shot in Vogue itself - I'd say that was pretty good going...

chanel is one fo the next supermodela? That's a little presumptuous. She's done a few good shows, but so far has landed all of one decent ad. Her editorial work has been very limited in numbers and there's not much of a sense that she's really in great demand. It's great that Vogue would choose a model of color and peg her as a supermodel in training but at this point, it really seems like she was chosen as the token model of color. Her resume, compared to the other models on that alleged cover, is very thin. Jaunel had as good if not better resume at the same point in her career, but she certainly didn't develop into a supermodel.

I agree, but i am still happy to see Chanel, i think she deserves lauding, but maybe not as the NEXT supermodel, we must realize reality.
