You can’t but love a beautiful 15 year old, hailing from Los Angeles who has not one, but two fashion influenced names. Chanel first surfaced on MDC’s radar at the last Ford Supermodel Of The Year contest and in six months this charming newcomer has evolved into a graceful and elegant catwalker for the likes of Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan, Alexander McQueen, Proenza and Anna Sui.

^Top 50 on models.com!

This is great; not even four months ago, Chanel was number fifty, look at her now. I am expecting her to be in the top ten by next year.:innocent:

WOW CHANEL, just WOW. I am so proud of her as of late. Even though the Banana Republic FW 07 shots are just runway regulars, she looks so much more focused, mature, I cant describe it, its just excellent. I love that ouftit on her, not so much the black skirt suit.

Thanks J Ador!!

i think shes a fantastic catwalk model and i think that she has EVERYTHING physically that it takes to be a great editorial model but she isn't great at modeling. To me it's very dissapointing because she's so beautiful but it's like she doesn't have that je ne sais quoi that the great models have. She doesn't have that sparkle and I don't ever see much versatility in her looks as far as what she can do infront of the camera. its always that same 'im just standing here being beautiful' look. on the runway is where she shines i think.

I agree with you 100% She doesn't do it for me editorially but I think she's got a lot of time to get better, and she will.

I really love Chanel's look, but from interviews, etc. I find her personality just gets under my skin :innocent:
But, anyways, cute article and photos in May's Trace Magazine:
