I don't why they took it out. Maybe she came in without it...i know that she had to take it out on a shoot with V magazine this one time and that was her first show in London and it probably had a really early call time (show started at 10am). She's had her extensions in since her second full season and has never taken it out during show season ever. She had long locks again at Julien Macdonald, though... which happened like 3 hours later
