FashionEtc talked to the evening's hostess, Victoria's Secret beauty Chanel Iman—who was stunning in a sheer black and leather Valentino dress paired with Christian Louboutin pumps—about her online shopping experiences, her recent 21st birthday, and her last-minute New Year's resolutions.

What do you like most about online shopping?

Online shopping is very convenient because we are always online. With just the click of a button, you can have whatever you wish and that's why I love it. I do a lot of online shopping because I'm traveling all the time and it's very easy to have it shipped right to my home.

Have you had any amazing online purchases lately?

I just really like to find one-of-a-kind things.

What do you think is special about Belle & Clive?

I think they have those one-of-a-kind things that I am always looking for, that you can't find anywhere else. They have a good variety of different designers and I like having a good selection to choose from.

Have you had any online shopping regrets?

Oh, I've had a lot of regrets, but I've also had some things that I just came upon. I've found some really great items that are just irreplaceable to me.

Do you have any New Year's resolutions?

I don't know yet. I usually figure that out the day of New Year's. My family and I all sit together and we think about our New Year's resolutions together.

How was your 21st birthday?

It was amazing! It was actually in Montego Bay [Jamaica]. I think I had the best time of my life.

Do you have any plans for the holidays that might top your birthday celebration?

I don't think I can top my 21st. I think my 50th will probably be the next best party.

Any beauty secrets for the winter?

Our girl Chanel has a OG edit in this months Allure by Demarchilier! Typical studio/jumping/laughing Chanel/Patrick edit! But dead there is a shot where she is wearing S/S 2012 Balenciaga hot pants on...and her cheeks are just hanging out like "heyyy whats up, Im chanel's butt cheek" I was gagging in the store!

I just got my allure issue in the mail today & was pleasantly surprised to see her That ed was just soooo elegant & gorgeous,... and how about that booty peking out?? no one could possibly deny that, the girl's still got "IT"
