Chanel S/S 2013 : Stella, Ondria & Yumi by Karl Lagerfeld

Love it! It's a great concept. Love the styling and colours.

It's kind of weird. I wonder what the main idea is :innocent:

I'm so happy for Ondria though.

I like the art direction, it somehow reminds me of Prada. It's better than the previous campaign but I don't get why they're staring at the ceiling. They should get a tv.

I actually love this! What a comeback from that horrible AW12 campaign. It oddly reminds me of 90s Chanel campaigns, for some weird reason.

Can't WAIT to see this in print!

Is this good model news day or what? So much yay for Yumi landing the campaign. ^_^

I like the concept of it. The background looks a little flat, but the clothes are well-presented.

I really enjoy this, there's such a relaxing vibe I get from this.

What can I say?
I have no words, nothing makes sence. Im just spechless and I cant articulate the big ´no` I´ve got inside my head.

Wow, I really love this. What a great campaign. I don't know how to explain my feeling but I just love to look at it.
Much better than last season's quite epic fail.

Really like the zen mood of the settings, but Stella looks a little out of place in this.

Hmm, why not. Nothing really stands out to me but it looks really young and refreshing. Nice styling and models' choice.

Big thanks to Northern_Star for bringing all these precious news :woot:

The only reason I like Dior more than Chanel is first because there was an effort but got wrong and second because the campaign had the same mood as the runway show.
Chanel has an asian direction, with Stella leading in realy uncomfortable positions with Ondria and Yumi on the back randomly and the whole mood is quite depressing and laughable plus it has NOTHING to do with the show and the clothes dont even look the same.

Are they in therapy to get over the horror that is Chanel of late?

Everything here is just unpleasant and unappealing.

Well.. his photography really jumps from one trend to another. I do like the Japanese touch, just because it's one of the S/S 13 trends I'm actually attracted to.. and Yumi's appearance also makes this quite special. It is in general, a very insipid set but I suppose it makes for a necessary break from the outdoors productions.

It screams 90s to me as well. This is great. Finally a worth art direction after the so impromptu last season's campaign. Now, this tells me a story, and I love it; I really don't know why, maybe because of the poses and the set, I can not help it to relate the whole thing to psychology, which I think gives an intellectual contribution to the campaign, and at least in my case, makes the clothes look a lot more interesting... and what a lovely surprise to see Ondria and Yumi, they're definitely perfect casting, I think they both fit their aesthetic very well.

I like it more as thumbnails than when close up. It's not good and not bad. In a magazine I would look at it for a moment and then look furter, it's not special, it doesn't draw you in. It is just simply nice.

nice! I like it despite not liking the collection ;) ondria as well! yay!

I love this, Yumi is gorgeous and i'm so happy for her. The simple concept looks great considering the clothes were... not so great.
