She almost looks like a totally different person in that NYMag photo (taken three Januaries ago) and in the Vogue photo. Her face has gotten fuller and rounder....her cheekbones have gone awol! :-)

They could be coming out later. I remember with her multi-model Triple 5 Soul campaign from last year, her pictures were among the last to appear in the summer magazines. Hopefully, she wasn't edited out.

A recent article in the Sun Star Manila talks about Charo and Philippine Fashion Week 2008. It sounds like she had a good New York Fashion Week:

She was also featured in the recent New York Fashion Week modeling the fabrics of Prada, YSL, Marc Jacobs, Richard Chai, Jil Sanders, Philip Lim, Valentino, Badgely Mishka, Issey Miyake, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Vera Wang.

Yeah, I was wondering if it was one of those boutique/charity shows where all these designers' clothes are combined together. Either that, or the news about Charo attending go-sees for all these designers morphed into her walking for all these designers. She did work as a fitting model for Diane Von Furstenberg, though.

I was watching my summer guilty pleasure, The Bachelorette, this evening when Rogan for Target's TV ad came on and lo and behold, Charo's in it, front and center. The two other models (a blonde and a brunette) were taller and leaner but Charo had the sexiest walk (finally, the girl is learning to sex it up) and the best looking chest, LOL. She looked young, fresh and very sexy.
