Does anyone else shop on occasion from children's sections? I'm short, so I fell into shopping the children's sections at H&M and Gap, and ended up addicted to their children's basics.

I am the opposite (had to move on to adult sections when I was 11!), and I'm very jealous of those who can buy in the children's department. Things are often cheaper and similarly styled to the adult's, especially in Zara and I think H&M.

Aww! That's such a pity. H&M is very good as regards their children's things being little replicas of the adult styles; I've never been in a Zara with a children's department, but I'll look out for them.

More spoils of war from the children's section at H&M today~ I bought a blue denim dress. The boxiness of clothes for prepubescents is a lovely, crisp silhouette on someone older. I'm not too certain whether I really pull it off, though...

we have a thread about this somewhere...
shopping in other depts in general...
childrens, mens, plus sized, etc...

gap children's section used to be quite popular with adults...
and boys blazers...etc...
(back when young women didn't dress like hookers)...:innocent:

i like the plus sized section for big t shirts

maybe a mod could find the other thread and merge?
:flower:
