Call the Louboutin store in New York City. They will send you a pair in your size. Remember that the Helmut runs about a size big.

I just called the NYC Louboutin store and spoke with Michael. I am on the waitlist! He is super nice, and he says it will be about a month long wait. I CAN'T WAIT!!! Yay!!

For anyone else who is interested in the Helmut shoes:

And, he says they tend to run a half size larger.

No problem Candice. I waited a month for the Simple Pump in black leather in my size. It was well worth the wait. I happen to think that the people at the Louboutin Boutique in New York are fantastic. I've dealt with Christine and I think she's an ace. Wear them well!

I just received the Louboutin Helmut shoes from footcandy and I have a question...on the lining on the inside of the shoes (the beige insole) the beige part is kind of seperating. Is that normal? Should I have a shoe repair place glue them down or should I exchange them? Thanks!

I just got mine too. (LOVE them) The insole liner should not be separating. That isn't normal at all. I would exchange them if they have another pair in your size. If not, a shoe repair place can easily fix that, but you shouldn't have to pay extra to have a brand new pair of shoes "repaired" in my opinion.

I normally wear a size 10 in shoes. In Louboutins, usually a 41. I was told the Helmut is true to size, so ordered the 10/40 and it's perfect! I'm loving these shoes and so excited about the fit.
