Really really bad post production. The retouching is so overdone that it looks like Ai. The antithesis of what Chloe is supposed to stand for - wind in the hair, grounded reality etc. Photography is a miss also, there's nothing aspirational to it. Looks like it could have been shot in a studio.

This is really really really bad and basic looking, if you ignore the supermodel's identity, these pictures look like The Body Shop
Where is David Sims? Sam Rock? or Inez?
Inez's ad with Anja, Chloe, Clémence and Dree was amazing
I also insanely dislike the new ribbon colour
The styling is also awful, can they not wear tube tops so we don't see anything clothing? The clothing part is very distracting
Even Gaby's ad with Lucy Boyton was more on-brand than this
