Designers at LFW were really focused on scraping the bottom of the barrel of mid-2000s trends and this is sadly another example of this…HIDEOUS!

I know this is going to make me come across as a rather body image elitist snob but… I’d like to see one of their collections presented on model models. In a nice heel, providing height and lift BUT also working with a more intuitive stylist.

Frankly, I like the idea behind some of their pieces. Especially the skirts. Wouldn’t mind one for myself. But seeing their work styled so grumpily and put on such frumpy postures is bit of a disservice. Just once go for something heightened to eliminate the gimmick of “diversity”. I guess it comes from a matter of wanting to see things presented more maturely and without the need to cater to those that although they are the ideal client, probably can’t actually afford it in a realistic sense.
