Same question. In France and Switzerland, the green parfum is new but the orange is old. I bought it 2 or 3 years ago I don't know why it's like that...
the green juice is the new fragrance, called "Miss Dior Cherie L'Eau". it's a fresher flanker of the original "Miss Dior Cherie". the amber colored juice is the original.
the people at Dior simple changed the hue of the juice and dimension of the bottle (L'eau is taller) via photoshop.
