I had a similar experience a while back. When Paypal didn't come through for me I got a refund through my credit card so keep that in mind. Sorry about your troubles and hope ti gets resolved soon.

Please don't wait for Paypal. If you used Mastercard credit card they will give you your money back, you need to do a chargeback, call the credit card if you used one.

Velony that is awful! I never buy designer shoes off eBay unless the seller has been recommended by a friend or fellow community board member who I trust. I am so sorry to hear about your troubles and most certainly, sometimes never cam in patent..so nice try by the seller but they are not authentic. PayPal is really good about refunding on misrepresented items...and also as wrngco suggested you could always go directly to your CC company and let them know you were sold fradulent materials unbeknownst to you.

Thanks, Bella. So far I never had problems with buying designer stuff/shoes on ebay because I always make sure that the seller has excellent feedback and most of the time I have the items authenticated either here or by tpf. This time it was different as the seller used somebody else pictures of auth. sometimes.
Good news though. The seller refunded me in full yesterday. She obviously really didn't know that they were fake. Her ex b/f gave them to her as a present and god knows where he got them from. Probably off ebay as well and guys could probably never tell the difference anyway. I'm glad that it turned out well for me but I'll probably never get the Sometimes as they are less authentic ones on ebay.

I want to warn you all when buying CLs off ebay. Be careful as there are so many fakes out there. As some of you know I purchased the Sometimes off ebay as I wasn't able to get them otherwise. The seller had good feedback and the shoes in the picture were definitely auth. Sometimes. Unfortunately the shoes I just received don't resemble the ones in the picture at all. They are ugly patent leather fakes. They don't even have correct markings and smell disgustingly . I filed a claim with paypal imediately so please keep your fingers crossed for me that I'll get a refund. I'm so mad and sad. I really hate ebay these days. Especially that everybody seems to get away with selling fake items .

that is awful!! I'm ure you'll get you rmoney back tho - I had to file two claims before and paypal took until like day 88 out of the 90 days but I got all my money back both times. I didnt know they make louboutin fakes, did they actually say louboutin on them or are they oh deers or sm or something?

On another note, I found an article in Danish magazine Cover about Christian Louboutin. He said that you weren't supposed to walk very far in the tall shoes (some are 16 cm), they're just for getting in and out of the limo
